What it is

Commercial work covers anything done under a procurement process — civil contracts, body corporate maintenance rounds, school grounds, council reactive work, and insurance-funded removals. We provide the paperwork your project manager, principal or insurer needs, work to your programme, and invoice in the format your finance team is set up to process.

    Initial site walk with the project manager or building manager to scope the work.

    Documentation pack — JSA, SWMS, TMP, insurance certificates and methodology — supplied up front.

  3. 03

    Fixed-price written quote, with a clear programme and any after-hours premium spelled out.

  4. 04

    Crew on site to programme, with a daily site diary and pre-start briefing each day.

  5. 05

    Sign-off walkover with the client representative, photo record, and invoice in your required format.
