Large pine removal on slope, Riddell Road
A 28-metre Pinus radiata leaning toward a renovated home on a steep slope. Standard felling impossible. We rigged from the top down across two days, lowered each section into a controlled drop zone on the lower terrace, and processed everything off-site. Property suffered no damage; the slope's existing plantings were untouched; the homeowner had been quoted twice the price by competitors who couldn't figure out the rigging plan.

Drop zones and lowering systems. We set ropes and pulleys to direct every lowered section into a planned landing area on a hard surface — usually a driveway or a section of lawn we've matted.
