Rural Bombay properties have real fire-risk exposure in summer, and many clearing jobs we do here are about reducing that risk: removing dead or declining trees near buildings, thinning out fire-loaded shelterbelts, and clearing accumulated brash. The work pays back the first dry season.

Mulch volume and on-site processing
Big rural jobs produce serious mulch volume — sometimes more than the property has practical use for. We can process to mulch on-site (for use on the property), process and remove (for off-site disposal), or stockpile for slow distribution. Each option has different cost and we discuss it in the quote.

2-acre eucalyptus clearing, Mill Road
A rural property with a 2-acre block of mature eucalyptus reaching end-of-life — fire risk concerns and dropping limbs near a paddock fence. We cleared the block over six days using tracked machinery and on-site mulching, returned mulch to the property's orchard areas (about 40 cubic metres), and ground the stumps. Replacement planting recommended but managed by the owner. Fire risk meaningfully reduced; mulch still in use three years later.
