Introduction
Newmarket is mostly commercial — retail, office, body corporate residential, and the apartments above the strip. The tree work follows that mix. A mixed-use commercial-residential body corporate with 11 trees across the property, including street-frontage plane trees that triggered Auckland Transport coordination. We wrote a 5-year scheduled maintenance plan, ran the first annual visit over a single weekend (with traffic management on Khyber), and have been the body corp's tree contractor for four years running.
